At Bharani Fresh, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to delivering the freshest produce with utmost care. However, we understand that there may be rare situations where you need a cancellation, refund, or replacement. Please read the policy below:
🔄 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support.
- Cancellation is not possible once the order is packed, dispatched, or out for delivery.
- For prepaid orders, the refund (if eligible) will be processed as per our refund policy below.
🔁 Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in the following cases:
- You receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
- The product is not as described or differs from what was promised.
- Product is missing from the delivery.
Conditions:
- You must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the product.
- Photos or videos as proof are required to process a replacement.
- Replacement will be shipped within 2–3 working days based on availability.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or spoiled product, and replacement is not possible.
- Your order was cancelled in time and payment was already made.
- The product was not delivered due to reasons from our end.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
