3. Orders & Payment

• Orders placed before 8 PM will be processed for next-day delivery (in Vijayawada and Hyderabad).
• Orders after 8 PM will be processed the following day.
• Payments must be made online through our secure payment gateways.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship only within Andhra Pradesh.
• Delivery timelines vary by location, generally between 24 to 48 hours.
• Shipping charges are applicable based on delivery area and are shown at checkout.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

As mangoes are perishable, returns are not accepted.

However, in case of damaged or spoiled mangoes, we offer replacement:

• Complaint must be raised within 12 hours of delivery
• Valid photo/video proof is required
• Contact us via call, WhatsApp, or email

6. Privacy Policy

We collect only essential data to complete your order and delivery. We do not share any personal information with third parties. Customers may request deletion of their data by contacting us.
